    A
    Orders for goods purchased from ‘Global shopping’ are subject to a cross-border comprehensive tax.
    The amount of goods on ‘Global shopping’ includes the cross-border comprehensive tax. When submitting your order, you will pay the amount of the goods and the corresponding tax, without paying it separately at the customs department.

    A No.According to relevant regulations, the amount of a single transaction shall not exceed 5,000 yuan, and the total amount within one year shall not exceed 26,000 yuan (including other overseas shopping platforms).

    A No. According to the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 26 of 2016 (Announcement on Regulatory Matters Relating to the Import and Export Goods through Cross-Border E-Commerce Retail), the e-commerce company, i.e., Atomy, should verify the identity information of the individuals (orderers) who purchase the import and export goods through cross-border e-commerce retail, and provide the customs department with valid identity information certified by national authorities, so goods on ‘Global shopping’ can only be purchased by members who have Chinese valid identity information.

    1.Purchase from Internet Shopping Mall
    1)Application conditions of return and exchange: If the product package is intact and  unopened, you can apply for return or replacement.
    2)Changing or refunding time: Application for changing or refunding is accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Changing or refunding shall be processed within the specified time, and will not be accepted if overdue.
    3)Changing or refunding due to quality problems: In case of product quality problems, the company will be responsible for refunding/changing/maintenance in accordance with the law. When exchanging goods, it is limited to the products with quality problems, and the same products shall be replaced, replacement products will be sent to the original address of the order.

    2. Purchase from ‘Global shopping’
    1) Goods of ‘Global shopping’ are not allowed to be returned or replaced if the goods are delivered correctly and packed in good condition.(Only due to the delivery of damage or quality problems, can be returned and replaced).
