    There is no hierarchical system where the person with the most experience moves up. Employees choose their own titles, which means that they are expected to fulfill that role. This is symbolic of working horizontally and looking past formalities. Also, we have no designated seats at work and sit wherever we want daily, and everyone, including management, sits in the same office chairs.
  • No Attendance Management
    Coming in early or working late is not what matters. What's important is producing results.
  • No Complicated Payment Process
    Employees do not have to wait for budget approval; only minimal processing through accounting is necessary.

An Office Where You Can Play

When you come to work, you should have plenty of time to play so you can be more productive. Atomy Korea Headquarters is designed to promote social interaction, sports, and leisure so you can work when you're tired of playing. Our building offers a fitness room, beauty salon, yoga room with views of Gongju City, swimming pool, a big slide (3rd to 2nd floor-whee!), conference rooms with no tables (including a trampoline, basketball hoops, ball pit), unique meeting rooms (toilets for chairs, a campground area, golf, swings) and much more!
