A If you select wrong member as a sponsor, you can apply for sponsor change. Please read sponsor change conditions on the shopping mall and submit the form via email.atomy_eu@atomypark.com

A Please reset your password, you can click "Find my ID/Password in the shopping mall shop.atomy.com/eu. If you are still unable to sign in or change your password, please send us ID, phone number, date of birth via email atomy_eu@atomypark.com, we will send you temporary password.

A In order to receive commissions, please update your bank account information BIC/IBAN. Visit our website shop.atomy.com/eu > Home > My Atomy > Distributor Information > BIC/IBAN > Change > BIC/IBAN Update > Click change and confirm.
- Q [Product related] [Europe] After I place a order, can I change email or phone number?
A Once your order has been placed, you cannot change emial or phone number. Please double check before confirming the order.
- Q [Education center] [Europe] When do Atomy pay commission?
A General Commission will be sent to the account registered in 'My Office' every Tuesday. Mastership Bonus and Education commission will be sent on the 7th and 22nd of every month. It may take 1~3 working days for wire transfer depending on each regions bank circumstances. If the 7th and 22th is on a Sunday or Public Holiday, the payment date will be rescheduled.

A This will not affect your business or position. You can run business in the same way as before.

A You can select 3 days as sale date: yesterday, purchase date, tommorrow. But for 1st Jan and sunday cannot be selected as sale date.
