A Atomy Aza is a complete shopping platform that abides by the corresponding regulations of the Korean government. Please remember that the Aza mall only delivers within Korea at the moment and the same refund policies are applied to the global members.

A Please leave us your inquiries on the 1:1 Q&A board on the Atomy Aza app. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

A Yes, all Aza purchases may be viewed under My Page, categorized as Aza Mall Products.
- Q [Product related] [Korea] [AZA Mall] - Will I receive delivery updates overseas?
A The delivery updates can only be made to mobile phones in Korea.
- Q [Product related] [Korea] [AZA Mall] - Will I get PVs for my purchase?
A If you purchase a product with PV, it will be accumulated accordingly to your corresponding membership.
- Q [Product related] [Korea] [AZA Mall] - Will foreign cards be accepted?
A Yes, the accepted forms of payment are VISA, Master, AMEX, Diners, UnionPay, and JCB.
- Q [Product related] [Korea] [AZA Mall] - Are all the products available to the global members?
A Yes, you may begin to purchase any listed items starting from June 20th, 2022. Please note that the mall is currently only serviced in Korean. We will try our best to provide the services in English as soon as possible.

A All global members excluding China, India, and Singapore may access the Aza Mall.
- Q [Membership] [Korea] Jamaica and Haiti people can join Atomy?
A No. But, we will consider to provide global membership service.
- Q [Regional Office related] [Korea] When Vietnam will be opened?
A We are trying to receive an MLM license. Please do not mention Vietnam open to prevent troubles and start the business after receiving MLM License.
