Atomy named the best company to work for in Korea for four consecutive years

Chairman Park named the most respected CEO in Korea for four consecutive years

For four consecutive years, Atomy has been named the best company to work at in Korea. It was honored three times, also receiving 'Global ESG Human Rights Management Certification' and being named a 'Great Company for Parents to Work'. In addition, Atomy Chairman Han-Gill Park was named the most respected CEO in Korea for four consecutive years. Seok-Gyun Kwon, Atomy Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), was named Korea’s innovation leader, while Eun-Yeong Lee, Atomy Chief Product Officer (CPO), was honored as a Proud Working Mother, and Director Yoon Hyuk Choi was named the GPTW Pioneer, a newly-created award this year.
Atomy values the autonomy of its employees. Under the company motto "Cherish the Spirit and Create the Vision", employees work with the chutzpah mindset. Chutzpah means a spirit of overcoming challenges, despite failures, and standing up for your opinions, even to superiors.
