Showing Visible Results and Growing Into a Distribution Hub
Atomy's representative global strategy, Global Sourcing, Global Sales (GSGS). Atomy is expanding into a global hub of distribution using its strategies to supply and sell products that uphold Absolute Quality Absolute Price through a global sales network. In 2020, the company expects to see more than $50 million (about 59 billion KRW) in GSGS product sales.
Here are the GSGS products released in 2020 and the products that are scheduled to be released next year.
2020
Atomy Launched 15 Products from Five Global Offices
Including USA, Japan, and China
GSGS products were launched last year in three locations, including Taiwan, Japan, and the United States. This year, 15 GSGS products were launched in five global offices, including Taiwan, the United States, China, Japan, and Malaysia.
Taiwan Launched Four Products
Including a Drink Made with AC Mushroom
Atomy Taiwan launched four products, including decaffeinated, taurine-free Atomy Antrodia cinnamomea, two types of soy sauce, three types of hair dyes, and a fish collagen health product. The Atomy Antrodia cinnamomea is a healthy drink made with Antrodia cinnamomea mushrooms, a traditional Taiwanese mushroom that is known as a national treasure of Taiwan or the “Ruby” of forest gems. It is a healthy drink that helps relieve fatigue and protects the liver.
The USA Launched Three Products,
Including Oatmeal
Atomy USA released three products, including oatmeal, which is a staple American food, a Vitamin B Complex targeting people in need of vitality and energy, and Probiotics. Only 100% organic oats grown in clean areas are used for Atomy’s organic oatmeal, and the containers are made with reusable paper for greater portability.
China Launched Three Types of Daily Necessities
Including Sanitary Pads, Utensils for Babies, Plastic Storage Bags, etc.
GSGS launched premium sanitary pads, which are popular amongst Chinese women with a high sense of hygiene and economic power, as well as products focusing on daily necessities such as utensils for babies and clear plastic storage bags in response to the growing baby product market.
Japan Launched Health Functional Food for Women in Menopause
Atomy Japan launched isoflavone for women in menopause. Bean isoflavone, which is similar to estrogen, can support women in menopause who suffer from decreased estrogen. It features a patented aglycone-type isoflavone with enhanced absorption.
Malaysia Launched Two Products
Including Halal Certified Mooncakes and Hand Sanitizer
Atomy Malaysia released eight flavors of Halal certified mooncakes as well as a hand sanitizer that had become a daily necessity since the spread of COVID-19. Halal certification is required for product sales in Islamic countries.
2021
The GSGS Will Expand Globally to Australia, Thailand, Canada, and More
Global Atomy is also developing GSGS products in Australia, Thailand, New Zealand, Russia, and Canada, and are looking forward to global revenue of $100 million (more than 100 billion KRW) in 2021. In Australia and New Zealand, Atomy is selecting Manuka honey and green mussels.
The Manuka honey is collected from the flowers of the Manuka, a plant that grows only in Australia and New Zealand. It is popular as a sweet health food product. Green mussels are shellfish inhabiting the New Zealand ocean and are known to be effective in helping with joint health. In Russia, Chaga mushrooms have been chosen to be merchandised. Chaga mushroom, which survives the cold winters of northern Europe, North America, and Siberia, and grows naturally on birch trees, is known to be the first thing that some northern Europeans and North Americans look for when their immunity is weakened. Furthermore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, and the United States are also making every effort to develop more GSGS products.
