[Notice] Suspension of global membership who has not uploaded ID card / Passport



Dear Atomy member,

As announced earlier, global members who have not uploaded legal passport or ID card of their nationality will be suspended as of 1st February, 2023.

If you update legal passport or ID card of above global member’s nationality, are able to purchase after verification within 2-3 business days.


● Verification document: Passport or ID card (both accepted)

● Verification process:

- access ‘join.atomy.com’ > Click ‘Member Information’ > Log in > Upload number and copy of passport or ID card

- Send membership ID and copy of passport or ID card to atomydms@atomypark.com

    • 20 years old or older Hong Kong ID card holders

    • India

    • Residents who are India citizen, PAN Card holders, 18 years old or older, Maharashtra state: 21 years old or older
