Atomy Member Code of Conduct regarding Trademark and Advertisement

1.The Company advertising or producing printed matters via mass media are prohibited.
The members of Atomy may not:
a)Advertise the company or the product through mass media without the Company’s consent.
b)Create, publish or sell printed matters using the Company logo and trade name.
c)Use the Company logo or trade name on the signboard of the building or the car without the Company’s consent.
2. Restrictions on Product Display or Display
a)The members of Atomy shall not display, sell, provide or offer Atomy products in stores, event halls, offices, cars or any type of retail facilities.
b)All members of Atomy shall purchase products directly from the Company and shall not force or sell products to people for the purpose of reselling.
3Restrictions on Product Modifications and Repacking
The members of Atomy shall not
a)Modify, add or eliminate the contents of the product provided by the Company or sell opened or damaged products to other members.
b)Revise, add, or delete the label, specified details of the product on the packaging. Also the Members of Atomy shall not deliver Atomy products that may violate the Company’s marketing plan (compensation plan) or policies.
4. Restrictions on Internet Usage and Web-based Marketing
Members of Atomy may not:
a)Use, create, publish Atomy logo or the name without a permission of the company or copy the Company official web site.
b)Inform false or exaggerated information using unconfirmed or insufficient information about the company.
c)Send advertisement emails using the Company logo or trade name without an agreement of given users.
