Members who expect to start a business with
Atomy China will soon be able to apply for the dealer status.There is no
specific time limit for the dealer to apply,you can apply in an orderly
manner,Please
read the following carefully before applying:

1) Business License
Copy of bank account (company seal required)
: Acceptable bank accounts are opened
from Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of
China, Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, China
Merchants Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea(China).Atomy accepts the individual
account handled by the individual business in the name of the dealer’s legal
person.
2)Applicant's
identity card
▶ Notes to the applicant
1)The
application materials provided by the applicant must be true, accurate and
complete.The company has the right to reject the application if there is any
false or incomplete information;
2)When
there is a problem with the input information or the uploaded data, it can be
submitted or re-uploaded. But you can only continue to review your materials
after other dealers have reviewed the application. Please make sure that the
information and uploaded materials are accurate;
3)If
the number of applications is large, the review time will be correspondingly
longer.The company will not inform whether the audit is approved by SMS.
Members can log in the home page and check the application progress in the
personal information page.
4)After
passing the audit, the dealer qualification will take effect on the official
opening day of the company's mall, and then can officially carry out the
business as a dealer.

You should apply to be a consumer
member before applying to be a dealer member.
I. Eligibility for application
1.
The applicant is a legally registered limited liability company, partnership,
sole proprietorship enterprise or individual business in China (hereinafter
referred to as the “applicant”).
2.
The partnership, operator or person in charge of the company or organization of
the applicant shall not be full-time students, teachers, medical workers,
public servants, military personnel in active service, persons with no capacity
for civil conduct or restricted capacity for civil conduct, and shall not be Atomy’s regular employees and their immediate family
members, overseas personnel (including people from Hong Kong, Macao and
Taiwan), members of any cult or illegal organization prohibited by the Chinese
government, and persons who are prohibited by law or administrative regulations
from engaging in part-time jobs.
3.
The partnership, operator or person in charge of the applicant’s company or
organization has been registered as a consumer member of Atomy, and the
consumer membership is valid.
II. Application Method
The
applicant uses his consumer member account to visit the official website of
Atomy China Co., Ltd. or the official mobile app of Atomy China Co., Ltd which
can be downloaded through the official website link.
1. Select “Modify Information”, and
select “Apply for Dealer”.
2. Read and confirm the relevant terms,
fill in and upload the business license and bank account information, sign the dealer
contract, letter of commitment, etc.
3. Fill in and upload business license
and bank account information.
4. Pass the online exam. (More than 80
points are qualified.)
III. Required Information
1. Business License
1) Name of Applicant
Do not use the same or similar words
as the name of Atomy, and do not use the same or
similar homophonic words as the registered trademark or products of Atomy.
2) Business Premise
Select the site in accordance with
local laws and regulations and the requirements of the market supervision and
management department; the market supervision and management department
requires that the dealer’s business premise shall be the same as the address
registered on the business license.
3) Business Scope
The business scope should contain
the words “Consulting Service”. Other relevant qualifications and certificates
required by local market supervision authorities.
Note: The dealer should engage in
business activities within the business scope specified on the business
license, otherwise the legal risks and liabilities caused thereby shall be
borne by itself.
3.1) Individual industrial and
commercial households (self-employed business operators) : the words "consulting
services" shall be included, and the contents related to the products,
business and services of our company shall be included.
Such as daily necessities, beauty
cosmetics, health products and other products consulting services, product
experience services, pre-sales and after-sales services and consulting
products, marketing promotion, marketing planning.
3.2) limited liability company: the wording of
"consulting service" shall be included, which shall be related to the
products, business and services of our company.
The acceptable consulting category
only includes business consulting and enterprise marketing consulting.
Products, business and services not related to our company, such as technical
consulting, enterprise management consulting, etc. are not acceptable.
Note: if there is only the words
"consulting" or "service", please confirm whether the
invoice of "consulting service fee" or "promotion service
fee" can be issued.
4) Type of Business License
Acceptable types of business license
include: individual business, sole proprietorship, partnership and limited
liability company (not Corporation).
2. Bank Account
1. Acceptable bank accounts are
opened from Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial
Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, China
Merchants Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea(China).
2. Atomy accepts the individual
account handled by the individual business in the name of the dealer’s legal
person, but a copy of the bank card or passbook stamped with the official seal
should be provided. Atomy also accepts the corporate RMB
bank account with the same registered name as its own business license, but
the bank account information stamped with the official seal is required. The
non-individual business must provide the corporate RMB bank account consistent
with the same registered name as the dealer’s business license, and the bank
account information shall be stamped with the official seal.
3. If the applicant fails to provide
the bank account and related information that meets the requirements in a
timely manner, which may result in the delay of the payment of remuneration or
refund, the applicant shall bear the corresponding legal consequences and shall
not be held responsible for the legal liability of Atomy.
4. The change of bank account shall
meet the above requirements, and the applicant should handle it through the
company’s customer service center.
1.
Atomy has the right to accept the applicant’s application for a dealer.
2.The
application materials provided by the applicant must be true, accurate and
complete. If it is false, Atomy has the right to directly disqualify the dealer
and cancel the consumer member account.
3.Atomy
will review the application materials within 5 working days, and notify the
applicant of the results by SMS. Once approved, the dealer qualification will
take effect after the penning of Atomy china shopping mall.
4.
If the applicant’s application information is not approved, his Atomy consumer
membership will remain valid.
5.
The applicant may keep his application information by himself. The company will
not provide enquiry service.
V. Bonus Related:Bonus Payment Cycle
1. The assessment period for the dealer service
fee is twice a month, which is the first half period from the 1st day to the
15th day, and the second half period from the 16th day to the end of the month.
Dealers who are eligible for service fees shall submit a formal invoice in full
to the company as soon as possible after inquiring the amount of service fee.
2. The amount of service
fee for the first half period can be inquired and the invoice can be
submitted from the 17th day of the current month; The amount of service fee for
the second half period can be inquired and the invoice can be submitted from
the 2st day of the next month.
3. The service fee for the
first half period is issued on the 22nd day of the current month, and the
service fee for the second half period is issued on the 7th day of the next
month.
4. If the company receives the invoice
submitted by the contractor prior to the payment date of the current
remuneration, and the invoice meets the requirements and gets approved, the
company will issue the service fee for the current period in full. If the
company does not receive the invoice submitted by the contractor prior to the
payment date of the current remuneration, or the invoice fails to get approved,
the company will temporarily deduct 20% of the service fee as a temporary
deduction. The contractor should submit or make up the invoice as soon as
possible, and the temporary deduction will be issued with the next period of
income if the invoice submitted or made up is qualified.The bonus will be
reissued after the invoice is submitted and reviewed.
5. Invoice
Requirements
1) Please upload the electronic
invoice of the general VAT invoice to the designated system, or mail the paper
invoice of the general VAT invoice and of the special VAT invoice to the
address designated by the company. Due to the risk of losing the paper invoice
in the process of mailing and the long review time of the paper invoice, it is
suggested that the dealer should issue and submit the electronic invoice as
much as possible. Please consult the local tax authority for the relevant
issuing method.
2) If the amount submitted or the
merchant name is inconsistent, or the review fails because the invoice is
false/fabricated, the company reserves the right to suspend the payment of the
service fee and request re-submission.selectronic invoice is not uploaded or
the paper invoice is not mailed within 3 months, or the electronic invoice
uploaded or the paper invoice mailed is unqualified. The unqualified invoice
can be sent back by the company, and the postage shall be borne by the
contractor. If the local tax authority of the contractor recovers the tax
payable by the contractor, the responsibility rests with the contractor.
