Atomy obtains Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification three times in a row

Atomy has achieved Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification three times in a row. CCM is a system that reorganizes all activities performed by a company to be consumer-centered from the consumer’s perspective, and evaluates and certifies whether the relevant management activities are continuously improved. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission.
Atomy has set “customer success” as its management objective and is now reflecting consumer-centered thinking in all aspects of corporate management. The re-certification judges praised the company in particular for establishing and implementing mid- to long-term strategies based on “absolute quality, absolute price,” “absolute value,” “product expansion,” etc., for internalization of the CCM and for establishing a new customer journey team to organize customer journey maps and develop digital transformation activities across all customer touch points.
In addition, Atomy attracted the attention of the judges by faithfully carrying out the company’s corporate social responsibilities, which included spending of KRW 24 billion in 2021 and KRW 23 billion in 2022, while also taking the lead in eco-friendly activities through the “Blue Marine” project. The re-certification review team said, “(Atomy) is believed to have contributed to raising positive awareness of the multi-level marketing business,” and added, “it has improved customer accessibility and convenience by providing information needed by consumers and business operators, and enhancing online and mobile activities.”
Atomy received CCM certification for the first time in the domestic multi-level marketing industry in 2019, and after its first re-certification in 2021, it won the CCM Fair Trade Commission Chairperson’s Award for Best Practice in 2022, and succeeded this time in a second re-certification. Following Atomy’s CCM certification in the domestic multi-level marketing industry, Amway Korea received CCM certification in 2022, and several other multi-level marketing companies are known to be preparing for CCM certification. Atomy’s marketing team official said, “Atomy is a company that aims for “customer success” and added, “we will go beyond multi-level marketing and become the best distributor that benefits consumers.”
