It seems impossible that the following two people are the same person. First is the owner of a duck restaurant that was on the brink of bankruptcy. And second is the first Imperial Master of Atomy. The stark difference is like between day and night. In reality, the two people above are the one same person. She is Jeong-Soo Park.

The goal is the partners' success

The name 'Jeong-Soo Park' need not be mentioned, for anyone to recognize her. Becoming the first Royal Maser, Crown Master, and ultimately also the first Imperial Master, the path that Jeong-Soo Park has walked is the path of success that Atomy members must take sooner or later.

In October 2017 , during the first Imperial Master Promotional Ceremony, how do you think the first recipient of the 1 billion KRW must have felt when the forklift lifted all that cash? Imperial Master Jeong-Soo Park recalls that day and mentions she was emotional. "It was the day when my dreams had become a reality. It was the first time when my vision that no one had believed was realized."There were many testimonies from the members that they had decided to do Atomy business after seeing the forklift carrying the 1 billion KRW in cash. The members had also felt the weight of the dreams and visions of the recipient, rather than the weight of the cash. Isn't it already enough for Park? Nope, there was more to do. "Just by the presence of the sponsors, the partners are able to work harder. Children are anxious when they can't see their parents. I think this is the same for the relationship between sponsors and partners."

Park said that there was not much pressure when she was promoted to Imperial Master. In fact, she said she had felt more pressure when she had become a Royal Master. In fact, after becoming a Crown Master, she thought it would be better that someone else be promoted before her. The fact that she was 'first' in each of the ranks, meant she was not able to rest even after achieving such a great feat because of the pressure."The word 'first' acts like an engine of a train. If the engine stops, then all the passenger carriages will have to stop as well."

"That's what it feels like to be the'first'. Though she said there was not much pressure, such was not the reality. The burden to pull oneself to success had now changed to the responsibility to lead her partners. The train engine runs not for itself, but for the purpose of pulling the passenger carriages to their destination. If Park were to stop, who else would be an example for all the other members and lead them to success?

Only notice your partners' strengths.

What is the biggest strength of Imperial Master Jeong-Soo Park? Her biggest strength is in fact to notice only the good things of her partners. "I can easily see the strengths of other people. I can see people's talents and notice what they are better at than me. I can then acknowledge other people's talents. Atomy is a business that can succeed only if you have good relationships with other people. If you can only see the negative aspects of other people, you are bound to run into trouble. However, if you see the strengths in other people first, then you will be able to acknowledge other people's talents. This will lead to effective communication, and you will be able to influence a lot of people. Is that the secret? Maybe that's why it's unheard of that Park has had conflict with her partners.

Though Park tries to see the good sides of other people, when she notices someone not act in line with the principles, then she is naturally turned off by them. "There are partners that think they are entitled to the sponsors' help. That is a beggar mentality. I cannot waste my time on such people." Park says she's come across people who didn't stop at anything to get what they wanted even if it meant inflicting harm to others. "If I could tolerate such people, maybe I could have been promoted quicker, but I couldn't and no one should. That is because Atomy is a place in which people who have nowhere to turn to can also gain success."

More certain today of Atomy's vision

Probably the most famous poem amongst Atomians is President Park's poem titled, 'Instrumental Flight'.The person that President Park thought of when writing that poem was Jeong-Soo Park. Not long after she had started Atomy business, Park was worried about the survival of the company. "In the beginning, I could not see the company's vision, but today I can see it clearly. I am not worried that the company will collapse anymore. Many people know about Atomy's brand, but there are still many who are not members."

Those who work hard will know. Today's Atomy is widely known by many people, and the company image is quite okay. There are still some who are negative towards network marketing, but for the most part Atomy is known as a company that has good products and affordable price. To join Atomy today means that one is no longer a 'first mover' but rather a 'fast follower'. This may be an easier and safer path. "You just have to be diligent. That is how you'll touch other people's hearts." You do not need to worry about the fact that Atomy already has 3 million members. "There is still the global market, and there are still many people in Korea who don't know much about Atomy. This is called 'unfounded fears.'" Recently Imperial Master Jeong-Soo Park suggested Atomy business to her younger sibling. "My younger sibling says that many people don't know too deeply about Atomy yet." Also, from a global perspective, we are merely at the early phase. Atomy only has 5 million members out of 7 billion of the world's population. There are still 6 billion 995 million people left. The situation is the same in Korea. Atomy is now spreading to the middle-class as well.

I am already lucky enough to have come across Atomy, but I believe I will be truly happy when that luck leads to my success. "There is no luck to those who quit in the middle because it is difficult. Atomy business is actually a lot easier to do today than it was before when no one knew about Atomy. There are many people to meet, and it has become easier to recommend Atomy to others.
