A After opening the shopping mall you may change personal information directly in the webpage. (such as delivery address, mobile phone number, password, e-mail). After signing in, please click Member Information - Basic Information - modify.
- Q [Membership] [Europe] I am Atomy Europe member, can I change my sponsor (line change)?
A We strictly follow below sponsor change (line change) conditions. 1. Member should submit sponsor change application form within five (5) days from registration date (including weekends and public holidays). 2. There should be no purchase records and no PV on the member's account. 3. A member who reigster after you cannot be a sponsor. 4. Position of the member must be at the bottom of the line. 5. When the right leg of a sponsor has been occupied, it is not possible to change the position of the Member on the left. 6. Insertion or removal of a member in the middle of line is not allowed.

A Newly joined members without PV for 1year will be auto-withdrawn. After 1 year, members without PV for 1 year will be autho-withdrawn.
