[China] Application for Transitional Service Center

In order to provide members with more convenient services,
Atomy China has made related policy for transitional Service Center.
The transitional Service Center is not a formal Service Center.
After a period of assessment, the transitional Service Center that meets
the company's requirements can be converted into a formal transitional Service Center.
I. Application period
First stage: April 15, 2020 - online mall opens
The second stage: the opening of the online mall - August 31, 2020
After the transition period, the service center application policy will be unified with the global policy.
II. Eligibility
1.Chinese nationality over 22 years of age; those with foreign nationality and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cannot apply.
2.Dealers officially authorized the company.
3.Have a deep understanding of the company's corporate philosophy and be willingness to practice the "principle-centered" culture.
4.By the application date, there is no warning for opening the service center in advance; If the applicant is an overseas Chinese member who has converted to Atomy China member, has not been punished or warned by the company at the date of application.
5.Abide by national laws and regulations, and those who have violated national laws cannot apply.
6.Dealers of other direct sales companies cannot apply.
III. Application Method
To apply for Service Center during the interim period,
Please apply through Atomy China Service center system. (center.atomychina.com.cn) 1. Application procedure:
1)Apply online: Fill in the application form of the center, including uploading photos of the pre-selected site of the transitional center, A letter of guarantee signed by a member of the group senior club, a letter of commitment signed by the applicant, business license,
house lease contract.
2)Interview The manager of the branch office where the service center is located will conduct the interview.
3)Participate in the training of the Head of the Service Center and pass the exam.
4)Decoration and display which include poster etc. acceptance.
*If the applicant fails to attend the interview or training on time due to various reasons, or the application time exceeds the three months, the applicant will be disqualified. Any liability and loss arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.
2.Preparation of Materials:
A letter of guarantee signed by a member of the group senior club; a letter of commitment signed by the applicant.
IV. Assessment Requirements for Converting to a Formal Service Center
Before the online mall opens:those who have been rated as the Sales Master or above level for three times within 3 months of shopping mall opening can be converted into a formal Service Center;
if not, the operation of the Service Center during the transition will be canceled.
After the online mall opens: Those who have been rated as the Sales Master or above level for three times, pass the interview,
exam and training before the deadline can be converted into a formal Service Center.
V. Requirements for Site Selection of Service Center
1. Suggested site selection requirements
1)Convenient transportation and clean environment.
2)Have independent space, can not display other brand products.
3)The building area shall not be less than 50 square meters,
but not more than 500 square meters.
4)Keep a distance of more than 1 km in diameter from other centers and companies (including branch offices).
2.The site to be selected is forbidden
1)Do not select the site prohibited by the company: government, military, schools, hospitals, basements, residential areas, etc.
2)Do not select shopping malls and street shops.
3)Not close to vegetable markets, small commodity markets, construction sites and garbage collection centers.
